API Property Directions Surveys
The Property Directions Survey is a national survey conducted by the Australian Property Institute (New South Wales Division).
It is a six monthly survey measuring the sentiment and expectations on a range of topics affecting property industry activity. The respondents are Valuers, Funds Managers, Property Analysts and Property Financiers.

API NSW Annual Report
The Annual Report provides comprehensive information on the Division's activities.
The current AnnuaL Report can be printed from home page and past Annual Reports are available from the Members Only section.
