Nominations for the 2012/2013 Divisional Council term are now open.

Being a Divisional Councillor enables you contribute to policy and initiatives for the property profession.

You are eligible to stand for Divisional Council if you are a Life fellow, Fellow, Associate, Graduate or Provisional Member of the API NSW Division.

You are elected for a two year term commencing from the AGM 30 March 2012 and results of the election are announced at the AGM at 5.30pm at the API Office.

There are 6 positions for election on Divisional Council and Divisional Council elections will be held in February / March, 2012.

Nominations are due by 5.00pm Friday 27 January 2012 and late forms cannot be accepted.

Notice is given that the AGM of members of the NSW Division of the Australian Property Institute Inc. (Incorporated in South Australia ABN 49007 505 866) will be held on Friday 30 March 2012 at 5.30pm at API Office at Level 3, 60 York St, Sydney.

Business
1. To confirm the minutes of the AGM held on 31 March 2011
2. To receive the report of Divisional Council, the financial accounts and auditor’s report for year ended 31 December 2011
3. To announce the result of the elections for Divisional Councillors
4. To announce the Office Bearers for next 12 months
5. To deal with any other business brought forward in conformity with the Constitution &
By-laws
